Help! Can you undo engine modifications?

I need help. I just bought a Holden Monaro and fitted a sports exhaust and it sounded awesome. Then, after installing stage 2 engine modifications, it sounds terrible!

So basically I want to remove the engine modes but it doesn't seem as though you can... Has anyone done this? Otherwise I will have to wait for an original to pop up in the used car dealer again

By the way I worked it out. You can't undo mods, but for some reason when I switched the exhaust back to sports in free practice it made no difference to the sound, but when I changed it through the garage it went back to normal.\

Add that to the patch list
 
NOTE: The only thing that changes the carsound in GT5 are the exhausts!

If your car sounds strange after engintuning, go to your garage and reinstall the exhaust, that puts out the sound you liked.
 
If you switch between exhausts during a track session you don't hear the difference, it has to be done from your garage or reload the track

I put a racing transmission on my '69 Camaro and it changed the sound quite a bit. I could no longer hear the nice deep V8. All I heard was the whine of that transmission. I went back to the stock 4 speed after that. I just couldnt stand to loose that rumble.
