Oh yeah, I forgot about the way MS makes their scroll wheels… weird, eh? I suppose it's something one could easily get used to, but there's something reassuring about clicking.

I don't think I would get used to it. It would feel too cheap.

the worst bit about the scroll wheel on the MS mouse is that it's usually tight until you accidentally push it to the side a bit. Then it gets super loose. It's terrible for gaming.

As for the thumb buttons on the Logitechs, I can't go without them now that i'm used to it. It's pretty useful for browsing the web... and it's possible to program them to do other special functions for games if you don't mind fudging around with the programs.

IBM 4-Button Optical Navigator Mouse with Illuminated Scroll Wheel

Viewsonic / KBM-KU-206 / Black & Silver / Internet and Multimedia / Keyboard

I use these two on my computer. Greatest stuff yo! The mouse is the most comfortable I have ever used and the keyboard is also very nice for the price. The spacebar is a little noisy if you hit it wrong but other than that it's very quiet and easy to type on. And you're only spendin like 25 bucks or so. But if you're stuck on getting one of the two, go with the Microsoft. It's so comfortable both the mouse and keyboard, but either way their like 100 bucks. Too much in my opinion.

CAN I JUST SAY THIS......................WHY OH WHY DONT THEY SELL SUPER COOL AMAZING KEYBOARDS WITHOUT MICE!!!!!!!! :yuck: BUT YET THEY SELL GREAT MICE ON THEIR OWN!!

I have a perfectly fine optical mouse......any reccomendations for a keyboard...that is JUST a keyboard!

:) 👍

I bought that mouse a while ago locally, since then I've given it to my parents. It's too big, and the curvyness isn't very good for gaming.
