Help! Entire Garage Lost!

lol, these threads pop up daily.people always trying to get something for free.go grind sarthe in the ferrari seasonal.in about 3 hrs you will have 20mill cr.buy all the car you were missing.

Sending cars is not a very good solution to this, just share the cars "he" needs for the seasonal events and he is back in the game in 1 day imo , lots of money and A spec lvl jumps up to 25+ if he does all of them .
 
Still guys. We kno what we would do but maybe he is no0b or just really lazy. If a few ppl take 1trade day and help him out its not going to be end of world. This is GTP. We all help eachother. Plus once u add his psn look at his trophys and see if he is a fraud. Just sayin. Ill add u and send u somethin my next free day. But it will be a car for seasonals. Nothing else.

Hey GTPlanet, I know I'm new here but I'm in an awful situation: yesterday I was playing my PS3 when a storm came through my area. I don't know why, but a power surge went through my house and shut off my PS3. When I turned it back on, all my files were corrupted. Long story short, I was hoping you guys could help me get back on my feet. I lost 500+ cars (including the academy cars and my chromelines), all of my rare paints, gear items etc. Please, if you have anything that can help me rebuild my garage I would be more than grateful. If you can help, please PM me.

Yes I know I'm new and you may be doubtful, but I came upon this site recently and have been browsing around and I believe in the goodwill of this community. Thank you.

See that no matter what topic you choose you always get haters/disbelievers. But my offer still stands have 25th free for bday ticket of your choice and i'll shall judge by means of generosity and politeness in the OP's mid game crisis.
 
Dont send anything, just set cars online, let him race with them and close this thread please.
Its the user's own fault he erased his garage (there is a copy savefile option!!) help is given by friends (people here) whom he can connect with and lend cars from.

To those doubting the guy, PM him for PSN. Check his trophy status for his GT5 progress, his 'First Win' trophy should tell if he now starting or lost his garage for real.

I can say i have lost my garage suddenly, then make a new account and smile with free cars.

Now this is the spirit, the above asked for things and got them and now helps out others.

I still believe this is the essence of what PD wanted to achieve with the friends, gifting, borrowing, etc...
 
That happened to me as well, I almost cried when I lot my 1000+ garage and six Lv40 B-spec Bobs. To all haters need to understand not all GT5 players are registered on GTP.

To the OP, of course free lunches don't come very often, but you may alo set up a trading thread like me although that might not be as fast nor as easy as you might thought. This section is called GT5 Market itself!

Good luck ThatGuyWhoSkis and happy GT-ing. You're lucky that you came here, GTP is the best Gran Turismo community I've seen.

I tend to agree BUT HE DOESN'T RESPOND, if he realy is so needy why not send/react to FR's ? Sorry for him but i'm out, i guess(hope) he's out of the fire.

Yeah, he seems a bit unresponsive. I PM'd him and only asked that he send me a FR on PSN and I'd mail him a car, no questions. And I guess that was a bit too much to ask cause he couldn't be bothered with sending the FR.
Seems like BS to me.
 
He might have had another problem and can't get online to respond us here or on PSN. So please guys, give him some time and the benefit of the doubt and don't just assume he can't be bothered... you know what they say about assumption, being the mother of all **** ups :)

Why ask for PMs or ask for cars if he cannot get online? In any case, I am done with it. I am not waiting around for his convenience. I am booked for weeks and I made an open slot for him. So much for trying to be generous.

For weeks ??? He comes here asking for help but when people kindly reply and offer help he doesn't answer.., why ?
I think its rude what he does, he spoils things for people who really need help.
