Help finding settings/location to give similar effect.

Recently I've been struggling getting good background settings for some of my pics. I'm not the best with the Photomode but I'm trying more and more.
I'm asking if anyone knows if it is possible to recreate an image like this? I can't seem to get anywhere close, but I'm unsure if it's achievable or not!

Some of the indoor scapes are quite good for similar shots - try the 'Museum' selection. Only issue with scapes is that they tend not to be taken from az low level, such as the picture above has been (i.e. you aren't looking 'down' on the car).

I don't have the settings to hand, but the pit garage at Fuji has a similar angle and the background can be darkened down quite a bit:
