what do you mean by isp? im registerd at telenet for two years now,my internet on my pc works like a charm,i have broadband connection and no problems with speed,i bought a router so that i could still go ont the net with my pc while playing, but just to be shure,i pluged the netcable directly in the ps2,now i heard about something that when you register your ps2 they send you a disc and then you can get online? is that treu,i don' get i?

Are you aware that GT4 does not have online capabilities?

The only "exception" being XLink or some other program that fools your PS2 into thinking that it's on a LAN.

check out these fbi videos,http://www.fbidrift.com/ i know mike very good so,ive seen them go online dude, get your facts straight man

He HAS got his facts straight.

GT4 has no online mode itself. You must use XLink Kai, or similar tunnelling software, to "fool" the game into thinking it is playing over a Local Area Network (LAN). Without this you will not be able to play GT4 on the internet.

FACT.

As an additional, if you're going to react in a hostile way to people trying to help you, you're going to run out of people willing to help you.

Ok,
Let's all take a moment to chill out and calm down.

:sly:

Famine (and duck) had it right.

For the sake of not repeating the obvious, I will not explain the situation again.

Simply put though,
This subject has been addressed and discussion will do nothing to change the facts.

Thank you for your polite, factual, and informative response famine (and duck). 👍
