Help Idendifying a car

Today when I was out for a drive I came across 2 of those 3 wheeled bikes and a old car.

I didn't have a camera on me which is typical that I see good rare cars when I have no camera.

The car was white, had one brake light which was located above the license plate and had a body shape like this car and the spare tire was on the back as wheel.

It wasn't like what is pictured but for some reason I am thinking it was a British car.

Well the one you've pictured is a Rolls Royce, but if it's not that it could have been one of several things as many vintage British cars have very similar proportions and detailing.

I also wanted to pull the driver out of it and take his keys.

He stalled it 2 times trying to take off from some traffic lights, Only 3 words were going through my head.
