Hey, my professor always wears these neat tennis/golf/polo shirts with these little logos that I've never seen before. You know how American Eagle has an eagle, Lacoste has a crocodile, and Ralph Lauren has the mounted polo player? Well these shirts have what looks like a bison with lightning or a tree coming out of its back. Anyone know what brand that is? I've tried google searching the logo but all I get is pictures of Buffalo Sabres shirts.

Bison, eh?

First thought was that it was a hunting/sporting brand, but it's definitely not Cabela's. I'm on their website right now; their polos don't have logos on 'em...

They look like Golf shirts. He golfs a lot. It's not Jack Nicklaus's brand though.

You could always just ask him if those are Bugle Boy jeans he's wearing what brand the shirt is. :dopey:

My thoughts exactly. "Hey teach, that shirt is pretty cool, where'd you get it?"

I don't see him until Monday, so what's wrong with asking my planeteers in the mean time?

It's not the Buffalo Bill Reebok logo, is it?

Why would you even suggest that, Danny? It's a buffalo/bison with a tree behind it or lightning shooting out of its back or something.

Beer and chicken wings aren't clothing companies.

That is one good lookin' bison with a tree growing out of its back... :odd:

It you stand really far away, that's kind of what it looks like.

Like the Skoda logo, I've never understood the "airlifted sheep" insignia for Brooks Brothers. Their stuff isn't cheap, either.

It's adapted from the logo of the British wool merchants, which adapted it from the 15th century Flemish wool merchants.

The more you know!

How was I supposed know that when you said bison with lightning and trees coming out of its back, you actually meant a sheep being lifted off the ground by a loincloth and a bow?

Because I can draw a Bison with a lightning-tree spina bifida that looks very similar to the Brooks Brothers logo.
