I am guessing ou have customized your transmission/engine, you have to work with your gear ratios

Yea it has the Turbo Kit 2, and i have the racing muffler and stuff like that. Do i need to buy anything?

No you donot have to buy anything, just work on gear ratios

Yeah, Lancer's right, but don't make them too wide.  Play around with it for each track and you should just be able to reach your top speed on the fastest area of the track.  That's probably the perfect setup for that track, and something that's a good idea to do if you're having a hard time winning a race.

Naw Im actually winning a lot of races like on the Turbo races i smoke all the cars, i just want it to go faster

You can have better racing results if you set the gear ratio between the hafe way mark and the wide mark.
