im a beginer ok:( i need help at the hibrid stuff

i want more HP and speed i have a PAL GT3, on my PS2 with a gameshark 2 can i have step to step instructions on what to do to upgrade my 787B or Escudo, or GT One race car:D

First off, the phrases "PAL GT3" and "Gameshark 2" don't go together. If U have the PAL version of GT3, U need an AR2, not a GS2. It is also my understanding that GS2s will soon be of the market, and AR2 will be making the device for both PAL and NTSC.

At any rate, if U have the correct cheat device:

If U haven't already, read This Guide .

A few important things to remember are,

1- never save your game until U have checked the car in the garage!

2- U can only use body and color codes together that normally occur in the game. Example: U can't use a color code from a speed12 on an RX8, the color codes are specific to each body.

3- U will notice that those links discuss the codes as being GS2/Codebreaker codes. That was true when this all began. Since then Pelican has released Codebreaker V4, which can not use those or any GS2 codes, so the must be converted to CB format. This can be done, with some work, but has never been requested.

Check it out HERE for some codes, and other help.

And this is The Parts Department , which is part codes only.

And U might want to read This Thread in general.

Thanks, and i dont have the arv2 its the AR2V2, this is a US site so i thought ide use that phrase to make it more phamiliar

Thanks dude

AND what is CB Format, i m a newbie

OK So i have the codes ya, so the pal code for example its 2383283 yes, o whats the other half of the code, is it whats in the codebreaker column?

No U don't use any Codebreaker codes. For example, the code for the Toyota GT one engine is:
1C04BC80 - 6A31F6FF
1C04BC84 - EE1F190D
This will put that engine in what ever car U have in the 1st slot of your garage.
BTW, if U are using a PC for access to the net, U can also D/L Mk's program, and use it to get any AR2 part code U want.

right the first bit before the " - " is the basecode, the one I gave U above is for Pal though so U don't need to change it.

Hello Heydu!

I'm thinking about making this thread a sticky, is there anymore information that you would like to include here?

Please do. It would be great to have a guide that members can easily refer to.
Go ahead and add any more info that you feel would be pertainant here and we can make it a sticky.
Maybe include such things as a link to downloading the MK program.
