Also, you might want to sweeten the deal a little (Tank car has zero trade value - it's prize car!!!)...

All except the Viper are prize cars or are necessary to buy so they hold little value. If you wanted to give one of the prized trio (Jag, Ford, Ferrari 1960's Racers) you might have a chance.
