Help needed ASAP! Game unplayable

Hey everyone I need help ASAP. I'm dealing with unreal load times. I've had the game since its been out and the last month or so the load time have been getting longer and longer to the point where I don't play anymore :( I just want to rip some laps. Has anyone else experienced this and/or can help me figure it out.

Go to the main options and scroll down to "Others" and go to Network -> Clear System Cache. If that doesn't work, go to Utilities and try "Pre-Install Main Game Data." The second option may take a while, though. If I were you, I would do both of these.
 
Disconnect the console from the internet first.
 
Did both either fixed the problem..seems like it loaded faster when the system wasn't connect to the Internet..? This is frustrating..any other ideas?
 
The game is always trying to connect to PSN - I can't remember the reason why, but it seems to perpetually want to communicate. If it's a little slow, it'll wait - or even eventually hang. Disconnecting the console will prevent this completely. Installing the game data should make it load a little faster still, but this process can take an hour. Regularly cleaning the network cache if connected to the internet will help - as will putting your console's MAC address in your router's DMZ (which essentially means putting the console outside your router's firewall and permitting all communication to and from it).
 
Alot of people have been having this issue.

If you downloaded the system update with your ps3 connection it might have installed wrong.

Manually download the update from your PC and overlap it.
