Thanks just not sure what to get credits are hard to come by and dont want to waste them

Depends what you need it for, the Audi R18 handles really well with a good setup and it's easy to drive, however it's not fast on a straight. Something like the Sauber C9 still handles well, is a bit harder to drive and has really good straight line speed.

Is the R18 capable of winning like the wind easy enough i am enjoying the new cars in the game and the R18 is new as in gt5 i had all the cars

You'd have to slipstream ALOT . The attached picture is how much you could win by, if you stay in the top 2 or 3 before the last corner. 0.0010 seconds.

Dunno about the R18, but the Toyota GT-ONE is more than fast enough for these 3 races.

Cool and its fairly cheap to i used it alot in gt5 may have to give it ago cheers

I agree, the Minolta Toyota is a good car, easy to set up, handles well, is fast and sounds good too.

I used it in previous GT series as well and do a lot of competitive online endurance races in it.

Send me a PM if you require a tune for it.

Stock I'd say you're out of luck, tuned it might. If you want a car for that, buy the Huayra and tune it a bit, easy to win that way. If you want to use a prototype for it, I'd recommend something like the Sauber, 787B, XJR-9 as even without tuning they'll go very fast in a straight line no trouble. Then you can shorten the gearing, turn the downforce up and use it on normal tracks too.

I just won it with the R18. Got P2 the first time, won it the second time. Trick is to get a lapped car between you and the Toyota. At least one. The second time I lowered the top speed one notch or so, don't know it that made the difference. Draft the Toyota near the end of the 4th lap near the finish line, enough to whip by him really fast. Lap a couple of cars then block if you have to. I didn't have to. Turn all aids off, you don't need them on this one. ABS off too, you don't brake here. This is for Indy, by the way. I'll know more when I do the others.
