(Help, Please) "User not found" when trying to import courses

Recently I've been trying to import some tracks I'm really interested on but on certain occasions I've been getting this "User not found" message everytime I try to import specific tracks, I really need some help because they're tracks I really want to try and race/drive on, thanks for anyone who is willing to find a solution to this (if there is any).

Nah man, I always make sure the user is written properly and it is, so the problem is still there, if any more info I'm trying to get some of ED75-1038 's courses.

I'm almost certain thats it, I was having the issue until I removed a track. I wish it simply said you have reached your limit.

Yes, If the Message is showing up AFTER you try to save it, then you've reached your 30 track Quota.
