I recently bought a 3rd party set of VGA Cables for my Xbox 360, but after hooking them up, I have no sound from the speakers or monitor. 1 option tells me to change my monitor to Analog output, but Google turned up worthless results.
Any help appreciated.

Can a mod lock this please. After a couple more minutes, I've found this product doesn't include having sound without buying more crap.
So, I'm taking it back and exchanging it for the MS Product.
