Help...Unable to Unlock 900 degrees

Hi, my bro is using a Logitech GT4 Driving Pro Wheel.

He's unable to unlock the 900degrees using R3+select+right paddle..,, the light weakly blinks + wheel jerks to center and still stuck at 180/200degrees. You can unlock anytime right?

However adjusting the 60% 100% FF works...

What's wrong? He's getting frustrated. Thanks.
 
yes, you can unlock anytime but why then you're wheel get stuck to 180 degrees ?? .. I don't have that prob.. Have you plug you're wheel in the 120 volt ?!? That my solution .. or it broken ...
 
What game are you trying to do this on? If the game supports 900, the wheel will unlock automatically. The wheel may be overriding you, forcing itself back to 200 if you're playing a 200-only game (in which case you shouldn't be going to 900 anyway).
 
Hi guys thanks for trying to help!

I've tried all night with my bro... somehow the thing refuses to switch... its like stuck in 180... We've only managed to get it working the first time out of the box... like a few months ago with GT4 prologue... now with prologue or GT4 itself, it doesnt switch to 180 anymore... sucks man.
 
Take it back then. Or fone Logitech, they are very good at replacing things without asking questions.
