Help!! Urgent

So one day while i was logging onto psn and starting to play Gt5 it all worked fine...next day I can't join a room and can't even see anyrooms on the open lobby page, and I can't make my own room iv tried just turning of my system and retrying and every thing I can think of but it still doesn't work. I need help trying to figure out what's wrong. Please leave a post if u can help or have any ideas if u can't help thanks anyways

When at the main menu where you select GT mode, Arcade Mode, ect.

Select settings then network.
Use the clear network cache option.
