Well, recently, Vista is getting a little finicky when it comes to using the internet. I cannot directly access GTP through firefox, and I\'m browsing using a proxy. Whenever I try to go directly to it, I face a prompt box that says \"Connect Broadband Connection\". I have a network cable running to my laptop, and it\'s quite obviously connected to the \'net. Is there any way to disable this window from appearing at all? So that I can browse normally?

Does IE work correctly? Try uninstalling Firefox completely (including any folders or whatever it may leave behind) and reinstall if IE works. If that doesn't change anything, check out your network settings.

It seems to be because I used an incomplete GTP9 skin. The same thing happened to exigeracer. :indiff: This sucks.

Run CCleaner and see if it can pick up any leftovers from doing that. Otherwise maybe a system restore?

I can't help you here but....

Just a word of advise, use disc clean up once a week. Vista eats up a lot of space fast for shadow copies, restore points and what not. You may even notice gigs missing. But don't disc cleanup to much because it wont work.
