Help Wanted: Cell Phone Ringing

I'm sure you people have at one time called somebody, and instead of hearing a ring on your side of the line, you hear a song or funny noise. I want to know how i can do this. I want people to hear songs like Thunderstruck, Wanted Dead or Alive, or ma bey Cotton Eyed Joe!

I have the SYNC from SAMSUNG, so can somebody please tell me how.

I have a feeling that it's an operator based thing, one has to make a contract with the operator to have something other than *beeeeeeep* from the speaker. This is no certain knowledge, just an assumption.

It's a service through Verizon I believe since everyone I've ever called that has the song uses Verizon. Most people who call the people that have it hate it just so you know. If I call someone and a song starts play I hang up.
