Help with car shake distorting interior details?

I've been trying to get a shot of my SRT Viper with 342mph on the dash but the closest I can get is the speed as it may be seen through a fly's eyes. Thoughts on getting a clearer shot?

I see this is an older post, but whatever. Have you tried the fastest shutter speed (1/8000th second) and the highest f-stop (45.0)? Also, experiment with the 3 different panning modes.
