Help with custom decals

Hello there guys, how are you doing?
So, I've been reading, and reading, and reading... and I find it almost impossible to create or even convert a normal file to svg without crossing the 15KB limit.
The problem per se is not creating a new file, but converting a logo that I have without having to do it all over again from scratch.
Any tips? I can upload the image I want to convert so if anyone can give me a hand would be awesome.
