is GTHD availible only at a playstation stores or can i find it at somewhere like gamestop?

You can only download it from the Playstation store thru your PS3.
It can not be downloaded on a computer.

The playstation store is an online service, not an actual store you can go to

Just connect your PS3 to the internet to go to the PS store, sign up and your good to go!
