Help with Fanatec

Hi all i recieved my 911 carrera wheel about a week ago and STILL waiting for a reply from them. I phoned and no one picked up. WTF do I do! I dont even really want to play anymore till I start up with a wheel in hand...
The problem is everything was plugged in however once the power putton was pushed NOTHING. The power supply is good at 25V constant. Is it really worth it to try and get a hold of them or just say screw it and pull it apart and fix it (IF I can). Anyone experience the same?
 
Try to switch out adaptors or the cord to the brick if possible. (laptop cords seem to fit the bill) I doubt that's it since you put a voltmeter to it, but it has happened before with fanatecs.

Email their support addy with all your info incuding name, order number, and part serial numbers. I've delt with them before on support using email and it was a 24hr response with a very good outcome.
 
Thanks guys, and yes I did everything as the email rules state(except video). But no reply... However Ive gotten a hold of Thomas so everything should be good now.
