So I recently bought the Course Pack, Speed Pack and Car Pack 3. So after I downloaded everything I went to GT5. I click on the red thingo on the far right of the menu. And when I clicked it and it open, it said "No Purchases Found" I need help with this please.

Thank you in advanced! :)

Did your download (account/PS Store) region match your disc region?

Since you are from the Philippines, and you used a US account, that is likely the problem.

The product ID is different for each region, google yours and you'll know what version you have. Only DLC from the same store region as your disk will work.

The product id that I have is BCAS-20151

That's the Asian version so the DLC from the US store will not work. You need a US disk or to download it and pay for it again from the correct store.

Did I just buy something that I can't even use? My god... What if I have the family upgrade and ill create my own JP accout, will it work?

I think creating a asian account will work I had the same problem with saints row the third made a asian account and it worked.

You just said the DLC you bought was the US store. That means you have a US account and that you need a US disc to play it - created a JPN account won't solve anything. However, once it's been recognised and installed on the gamesave on that account it should be shared and available across all accounts (if you have the Family Upgrade for the course pack).

I still don't think it'll work as it's from the wrong region.

I tried to use my HK account, and it didn't work :(

That's because you downloaded the DLC on your US account. It's simply not there on any other account until it is recognised by the game. The US game.

Okay, okay. Thanks for all your help! I really think that this "feature" shouldn't be here. I think that all DLC's should work with all accounts on the PS3. This system of downloading DLC too complicated. And why would the DLC be on the store if you can't even access it. I think that PD should do something. I just spent $15 on something I can't even use.

It works this way for nearly all games. You should always only buy DLC in the store from the country you bought the game in.

This and in GT5 even replays will only work with the correct region's disk, so my EU replays will only work with an EU disk.

Well they don't. On any game.

This system of downloading DLC too complicated. And why would the DLC be on the store if you can't even access it.

Let's take a step back here. It's really simple. You go to the store and you buy the stuff you want.

It's made more complex than it needs to be by... people lying. They create a fake PSN account with a fake address for a different region then try to buy DLC with the fake account from the version of the PSN store they've fooled Sony into thinking they should access. Who's to blame when they end up with unusable software as a result.

Of course there are genuine reasons for having PSN accounts in different regions - moving house, for example - and that makes matters more complex than it needs to be. But what, ultimately, is more simple than having a Master Account (with access to funds) on your console that matches the region of any game you try to play on it?

It's all Sony. If your US account is genuine, phone them and you'll get a refund eventually. If it isn't...
