You need a new layout. I think the current one looks bland and boring. The pics page just has cars in no set order, just all over the page. "Stradegy" should be spelled "Strategy."
The column with the updates on the home page is too small and you can only fit about 3 words to a line and it looks all squished together.
I'd suggest getting some new links, at the moment you only have one working one.
Unless that is your FAQ, you should have something about permission to use it on the page.
One more thing, just run it through a spell checker, so it looks more "professional."

That is actually the most constructive form of critisizing I have heard!(errr. seen) Mostly you get: "That dosn't look good" "why?" "You know, I have no clue why"
