Help with Oil on F1 cars

I was wondering if it was possible to change the oil on the F1 race cars during Series races.
If so, How?

A simple search for change oil during series would have yielded myriad questions similar to yours, and relevant answers.

The short answer is "No".

The others are clearly wrong. Press hold R1+R2+L1+L2 at the garage screen, then press up,up,down,left,triangle,o and a secret menu will appear where you can chose to turn it on.

Oh and it may take a few tries to get this, so don't give up
