Help with PP Online vrs Offline

Hi im new to the online side of things for GT5 and really getting into it in a big way.

My question is what cars are best for diffrent PP and are better online than offline as cars i thought were really good arnt so good online.

350pp
400pp
450pp
500pp
550pp
600pp
650pp
700pp and above

Different for everyone but I use

350pp - VW Polo GTi (Slightly modified)
400pp - Toyota 86GT
450pp - Anything with Honda S2000
500pp - One of my many Monster Evo's
550pp, 600pp, 650pp - Too many cars to choose from.
700pp and above - Formula GT
