Can anyone give me a link or any guidness to tune the supra for drifting? ^_^

I don't have any guides to show you, but I can help you tune the car. What are your issues? Too much oversteer, you can't brake enough, not enough wheelspin?

I done some test laps and my problems are: slight understeering, not enough braking and the car doesn't slide well

I don't know what tyres you are using, but I recommend Comfort Hards; they allow your car to slide and oversteer much better. Alternatively, you could just increase rear camber to solve both of those issues.
Now, braking. What you are saying is that your car has too much grip to slide but too little to brake; you may have to settle on an uneven car. I suggest either fitting a rear spoiler to the car or stiffening the springs. Springs have a major impact on braking but not too much on cornering (provided you have camber).
Try this out and tell me how it turns out.
