Help with tuning 07' E92 M3

I'm new to tuning and have completely butchered the tune on my E92 M3, does anyone have a good suspension setup I could use or even a screenshot of stock 07' M3 suspension settings so I can try again?

Just a solid suspension tune for fun for now, I really liked how composed the suspension was in stock form I was just looking to improve more for track use

This is just full suspension and a Full LSD. i noticed this car had a lot of unnecessary rear negative camber, and kept the rear from rotating. Hope this works for ya.

How do you get rear downforce at 20 ?
My minimum is 70
