can someone tell me how to upload videos of gran turismo gameplay and if there is anyway to recover data accidentally deleted from the recycle bin???

if you need to upload videos from your PC to a server you'll need a web-host and an ftp client or a all in one service like geocities.com

i think deleted data from your recycle bin is permanently lost...(i could be wrong) Giles will prolly confirm/deny this...

Well, in all technicalities, the data is still on your hard drive as long as it has not been overwritten. It is just deleted from your index of files that are currently on your system. As for recovering the data, you might be able to do it with something like Norton Systemworks 2003 but I'm highly unsure. I could be wrong about this, but maybe someone else can confirm this also.

to do that you need a device called a capture card...

or an mpeg digital camera.....you need the right connectors from your PS2 to your card too....just ask you local computer shop ...they'll help you out there....
