i need a reccomended car for the Like The Wind race....... :yell: HELP!

I think I used my Toyota GT-One Race Car that had around 1000Hp for that race. The Speed 12 might also do that job too.

I used the Escudo. Blew away all the competition. Easy win. Especially with the cheat. :)

Win all the rally races, then you'll win the escudo.
Modd it up till 1800HP, and the victory is yours.
You'll win that race with your eyes closed:p

I nned settings plz......like gear tuning and all that stuff for this cars so i can get them to the desired speeed

Fully blown RUF RGT, Supra, RX-7, R34 etc, etc...

i think the escudo sux i like the hp in fact when i got mine it had over 1900 hp. :lambo:

i used my Skyline GT-R R34 Vspec II with all mods. Won easy.

thats true that on the Escudo all you do is press X cause there ain't no way to turn it.

787B Use the Auto settting for your gears and set it to about 35. Go to Qualifying and see if you are fast enuff. If not go to 37, etc. until you are happy with your speed

yeah but tahts the car im trying 2 win

that race is easy but i got bored (15 laps around test course is boring)

I used the Viper GTS. I modded it up to max horses, then set the racing tranny to wide, not sure how wide, but enough to barely get redline for maximum speed. It took a speed of about 265 or 270 to win the race.....

Of course the Escudo will easily win it for you, too!!

Any road car with +1000hp can kill all compition! (speeds around 270mph to be expected)

I used my supra and got to 280mph once!

Am I the only one who had a competitive "Like the Wind" race?

I used an unmodded Toyota GT-One Road car... d•mn, that GT-One Race car sure gave me a run for my money... I was only able to pull off a win through lots of drafting and Super-slicks. :)

thanks guyz but i won with a gt-one road car.....=) but thanks for the help (that 787b is pure awsomeness)

Oh, sorry about that. Try the Nissan R390-GT1 road car, The Toyota GT-ONE, Corvette C5-R or any other car modded up to about 750 hp, with racing slick tires

Again, put in the Full-Race transmission. Don't worry about the individual gear ratios. Keep moving the ratios out toward the "wide" setting and go to "qualify". Run the car, more to test your top end. When you can maintain a speed over 210 mph. You will win easily. You should gain about 3-5 seconds per lap after pulling out in front and need to pit in only once.
