my computer crashed!
is there anyway to get files back?

Go to the store where you bought it, they can solve things like that. It is possible, don't panic just yet.

1st - what do you mean by "crashed"? Did it lock up, shut down, set light to itself or what?
2nd - what do you mean by "get files back"? Is your hard drive wiped clean, or did you just lose something you were working on at the time?
