Helpp ! Dlc bug

I Bought the first car pack and now when i start the session The pack doesn't appear and the pack isn't in The PlayStation store downloads , but The money isn't there also .. So idk what happened .. I need HELP please!

go to account management and check transaction summary i think and all your downloads should be there and just re download it ?

The first car pack isn't a download, it's a service, so it should appear there. Have you installed it ingame? (rightmost icon in the main menu)

Did you install it using the DLC button on the main menu of GT5 (the menu before you click gt-life or arcade, ect)
Reason it is like this is because the add-ons are not actually add-ons, they are basically unlock codes. The updates actually already have the cars/tracks but, you need to install it to unlock the content. PM me if you have anymore questions about this i will try to help you out further.

It does work like that.


Here's what to do:

- Buy the DLC (first one)
- Go on GT5 and click on "Downloadable Content" icon
- When you click on that you'll see "Car Pack 1" there and it'll say "installable"
- Click on "Car Pack 1" and it will install
- Now go to GT Life and you'll recieve 15 new cars via car tickets

Try going to GT5 add-ons and downlonad the "family pack" for free.

Spa and Kart tarck went missing a couple days ago. I redownloaded family pack and all was back okay.

Ok but when they made the family upgrade i wondered that too because i have many psn accounts. Then i realised i have to install the add-on packs on each and every account. If you don't do this they won't show up. FYI the only add-ons that don't let you install on every account are paints and gear
