Here is an engine built by Gian Carlo Morbidelli in Italy.It is not running, but I wish it was.It is called the Lavoretto I think.See if there are any clues to how many cylinders there are peeps.Leave your reply here if you know.Cheers Nath.

P.s this should be in production right now, that is all I can say.

It's a V-12 (as @TenEightyOne so kindly pointed out), so 12 total, 6 on each side.
