Here's a paradox for ya

Well, here's a bloody great paradox for ya:
Go to Beginner league, Evolution meeting. (The race where you can only use Mitsubishi Lancer Evos, for the slow learners)
Now, run any of the races and come fourth (take off the bloody stage 3 turbo)
Then, run it again and come third.

For the slow learners, unobservant, lazy, or those whose garage is not blessed with the brilliant masterpiece of engineering that is the Lancer Evolution, check the race information.

(this is probably well documented, but I am a n00b, therefore I have the prerogative to one stupid-thread-that-could-easily-have-been-found-with-a-quick-search.)

Although that is weird, Im having a harder time with this paradox:

How did you come in 4th and then 3rd in a beginner evo race to find out such a thing? Did it on purpose because you had an inner gut feeling?

Strange thing happened to me a few days ago too, decided to dig out GT2 as I havent played it for a while I wanted to check out some of those old tracks like Red Rock n stuff. Anyways I am racing in a Fiat 500 race at Rome night (hope its back in GT4 💡) havent raced that track for about 2 years so I'm running 4th and crossed the finish alongside the 3rd place car....
results show me 3rd time= -864 behind leader 4th place car time= -863 behind leader  . Then after the replay the 2nd results screen shows this 3rd -863 then me=4th -864 finally correcting the results:confused:

Guess there must have been a stewards enquiry.

That isn't a paradox, is it? Isn't a paradox something like, Ma'am?

Anyway, that's seriously weird if that really happens...:odd:
