I don't know about over there in the Netherlands, but here in America when someone dies...they generally stop moving. Maybe a twitch here or there, but rolling over, crying, singing, and holding a woman's hand aren't usually signs of death.

Enrique lives.
Lives good.
Lives forever.

He obviously isn't dead yet when he's doing all that stuff, however, when he closes his damn eyes - the girl begins to cry really hard and the camera zooms out...

...dead.
