It wasn't confirmed for GT6, unless you're talking about those misleading car lists someone made that "confirmed" every car under the sun, even though many of them weren't ever revealed in the game by PD.

Although it seems he has actually removed this specific car. He still lists loads of cars that were never confirmed in game though, and that's what leads to people thinking they were actually confirmed by PD.
