Don't pit in till lap 20. That should make it more than easy enough to win the enduro... one of the Miata's is always a hot rod, but he pits in like... every 3 laps I believe.

u sure? its like the car can barely accelerate.. lol.. i'm pretty far behind by the 4th lap.. far behind even the person in 5th rofl..

The Miata LS is the best Miata... 1.8 Liter engine.

Are you sure you put the T2 tires on?

And when are you shifting it... cause that race is one of the easiest enduros...

i still ned to get my ia licence. ive had my ps2 since thursday and ive only been able to play since friday. i got my 300 gt up to 1065 hp and i have sports tires, t5, weight reduction 3 racing flywhell, triple plate clutch, carbon driveshaft, racing exhaust ,stage 4 turbo, racing intercooler, chip, sports brakes, port n polish, and engine balancing. anyone have any reccomendations for any other tuning i should do. im gonna buy t2 slick this weekend

mayb cuz i was using the cheapest miata.. the older one for 16,900 and yeah I put the T2 tires on.. slow as hell so i sold it.. i shift when the red light blinks

hehe I've only had my PS2 since.. saturday.. got my IA already.. the licence tests are easy to get.. seems almost impossible to get all gold though.. i gave up on that and just went and got the licences.. i can't even get gold on B8 T_T

Intel.... watch the double posts... use hte edit button... or just read what all has been posted.

I'll fiddle with the old 16,900 Miata to see how it does when I get done with this WRS stuff.

Practice on the licenses. I'm not all that great and I was able to get all golds on the iB. Though that test with the Skyline in B is a pain :p

The cheap Miata is actually better than the other Miata under 18k. Imagine that. But, you missed the point of this particular strategy to the enduro. You will pit once on lap 20. The other cars will pit about a dozen times. You get about a 20 second advantage on them for each extra time that they pit. Yes, the cheap Miata is much slower than the LS. But, there should be at least 1 other cheap one in the mix (look for pop-up headlights). He'll have better tires than you, so he'll pull ahead for the first 4 laps or so. But then your tires will warm up just about the time he pits. I'd say that it is very manageable, just remember to wait for the others to pit.

Actually, the one with better tires is an LS, so the non pop up lights...

Got distracted by Halo 2... someone brought an XBOX by :dopey:

Why skip race one? The first race is usually an easy one. I don't get it.

I'm a lazy bastard, I usually can't be stuffed doing the first race.

And, painkiller, the Roadster Enduro is 40 laps of Apricot Hill. It'll take you about an hour an a quarter.

It's very fun as well. I had quite a lot of fun trying to nail each and every lap.

ah well dammit.. looks like i'll have to buy the miata AGAIN lol... oh well.. running the trueno in the turbo car cup is pretyt easy money.. 5k a pop.. yay.. sorry bout the double posting.. lol got lazy because the quick reply was right there.. so in the first 4 laps you should be getting your arse kicked royally? I was just thinking omg.. even in the straight I can't keep up T_T.. how hard is all gold on A? I figured if i can't get all gold on B i can't on A so why bother.. lol

It doesn't matter how much you're getting your arse kicked, sometimes it's inevitable in some series'. Sometimes you'll be way behind and then they'll all pit and you'll win; that's how they made the game. I wouldn't worry about it.

cool, thanks for the help, I miss used cars in GT2 =[ fav car was a R32 Skyline GTS-T type M.. use that to win an RX--7.. slap on a stage 4 turbo and racing trans.. then go to turbo car test track and voila.. money.. but apperantly in gt3 u can't win a car more than once =[ sux.. still love the game though.. NSFU2 hasn't even touched my ps2 yet.. lol

Winning the car only once is definitely a drawback, because you could use the same car to get money, like I used to in GT1 and GT2. :(

There are though, some races you can enter that give you the enjoyment of 10 or 20 laps with a nice little race fee in your pocket at the end of it. I'm thinking one of the Professional league series races, but just racing one race in the series, not entering the series itself.

Oh, and if NFSU:2 so much as TOUCHES your PS2, I'm gonna go there and rip your throat out. Imagine taking a perfectly good Supra and ricing it out. Bloody EA... :(

rice is EW.. but i tried some of the sprint tracks and they were fun.. mountain racing.. yay.. i have a feeling NSFU2 will get little or no exposure to my PS2.. Gt4 is coming.. till then i'm occupied with GT3... we'll see how far i get before it comes out.. hehe

What's EW? Supposed to be EA?

Trial mountain is a seriously cool track though.
