Because her parents live over the back fence, and she doesn't actually live here... although sometimes i wonder

They've lived behind us for as long as i can remember, im sure they were there when i moved in here 3 yrs ago. So i know her parents pretty well, they're cool with it as long as they know she's here.

As for her playing GT... yeh, when im at work i've discovered that she plays it, it's pretty obvious when i come home and find that 50+ days have progressed, my wheel is set to 90 degree steering, and i no longer have a 100% win ratio
