Alright guy's what do you think are hidden gems in this game? Something that handles like it's on rails and doesn't scream track killer.

I would have to say
1969 camaro Z28 RM not big hp, only 552, but my does it handle. Runs high 6:57 laps at the burg.

Next is my BMW M3 tuned fun car.

Alright what do you guy's think.
 
The '87 Mugen Honda Civic SI Race Car, I rides on rails, quick to accel, right out of the box.

Definitely one of my Go To cars

It's not a car you drive for the looks but it is so much fun..👍

This is My Favourite Car Currentley .

Not overdone in Terms of Power , Just lightened to the Max added a Wing .

No Race Softs just Sports Softs .

Spent 2 + Hours just Driving the hell out of it on the TGTT .

Its just so much Fun to Drive and 4 wheel Slide at Will 👍
 
I am going to throw my hat in for the Merc 2.5-16 Touring. Not crazy hp but the light weight makes this a very fun car to rock. The only problem is that its $1.4mm cr.
 
I have a 2001 Audi RS4 wagon, and holy hell it is fun to drive around the ring. I managed to get a 6.58.xxx around the 'Ring. I love using the German car race on expert series to tune cars, get a fair bit of money and it's good fun 👍
 
Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo - beats all other supercars, even the mighty McLaren F1.
Tommy Kaira ZZII - best buy in the game if you come across it (~50,000)
Nissan R390 GT1 Road Car for 1 mil though, but my God, what a car (road car!).

Not many others that surprise you in a good way...
 
I have to agree with the TommyKaira ZZII... it's a LM Race Car Killer... :)

The Civic... man... excellent car, he got me out of lots of troubles in B-Spec...:D
 
Alfa TZ2. Not very powerful but it's light. It handles perfectly. Brilliant if you just want a nice relaxing race (Unlike the ferrari p4 that just wants to kill you on every corner)
 
Not a car as such but if you want one the forgotten about ford gt when maxed is very nice but the best part has to be the ps3 in the back of the g37 under the tv

Just got the Nissan Gran Turismo Skyline GT-R Pace Car 07 its the most fun to drive.
 
So many cars that if well tuned are a blast to drive ! Hell there is so many that I won't have raced them all and tuned proper before gt6 comes out ?

I'll just share one I made recently: Mazda Roadster.
Fully tuned and spend a good hour finetuning it for the Endurance race of 4 hours. I wanted to make sure I had FUN these hours so spend real effort in the handling and my god :P I love it to bits now :dopey:
I'll post my tune when I get home.
 
My CRX sir is my guilty pleasure. Full tuned is 300 hp and 870k. Easy to drive and goes where you want it to!

The Lancer RM drives on rails. The Mugen Civic is a serious sleeper, it doesn't look fast, but man that thing moves. The ZZII is probably the best car for its value. Also, does anybody else feel that all the Skyline's in the game are too fast?
 
TommyKaira for sure. It has always been an AWSOME car even in prev. versions of GT.

The supprise for me was the Gillett Vertigo Race Car. It always sucked and was slow in previous GT's and while it pushes still under trottle it was faster than a Zonda R by about 4-5 seconds a lap once tuned.

The other is the Mercedes CLK Touring Car '00. I use that exclusivley for Nurberg Nordschleife and can do a 6min15second +/- 1sec lap with no fuss at all.

Have to agree, it is a very good car, easy to overlook because it is not real flashy. But it is rock solid and makes nice noises.
 
Ok Not a specific car!

For me this game is like a Kebab....Its bad but I love it anyway.

The Hidden Gem is just the handling and the FFB...

If your making me pick a car I go for the Ferrari F430 Scuderia....It is truly loveable!!!

A lot about this game makes me mad....Each time I drive this however I come out grinning like an Idiot!!
 
Yep the ZZII was a surprise. I never would have bought it probably but since I won it I decided to give it a whirl. Fastest car in the game for under 100k. I even painted it gold to match the wheels. :lol:

The Amuse GT1 Turbo is definately a giant killer for it's price point. Can you say GRIP? Only a multi-million credit racer can corner with it.

The Mugen Civic is hands down the most neutral FF car. Such a joy to drive.
 
A hidden gem I just found was the Art Morrison Corvette '60 (and it's premium!). It's the shell of 1960 Corvette, on the frame of a race car. Not only does it look awesome (it's a cabrio), but it's 500-600HP make it really great to drive. The only drawback is that because it's technically a rebuild, it is not really a '60 car, and can not be entered into the historic cup and other similar races.

It's still one heck of a nice ride, though, if you are willing to spend the 750,000. The '60 Corvette is my favourite of all types (i.e. VS the '54, 69, etc, etc)

No one has mentioned Honda NSX-R Prototype LM Road Car ? BLASPHEMY !

Car drives through corners and accelerates like a demon, 10,000 RPM's <----- Are you kidding me !?!?!?!?

Doesn't stop going ! Off the bat will beat anything on the corners, screw the straights !
