The R32 premium skyline is a very good track car, I prefer it over the R33/R34 handling wise, but that's me.

i used the Monster Sport SX4 (Tajima's 2012 record breaking car) to complete the the IA championship. Being a Pikes Peak car, it was set up for dirt. I lowered it a little and stiffened the springs from what I remwmber. It did not seem pushy to me ... it was very balanced and a great car to drive. One of my favorites. I think it got to around 712pp with the high RPM turbo option.

Thanks! Yea, I was going to try Impreza touring car... the question is... touring or super touring? Which one is better? So... anyone tried the CT230R or HSR-II?

If you want to do 600 PP the super touring is a bit stronger. The GT300 is premium though and is only a little weaker. Both are very good cars and both are in my garage. I have logged more miles in the GT300 than any other car but I have set the fastest time in the Super Touring version at 600PP of any of my 600PP cars on bathurst

Well, the Skyline GT-Rs can be tuned up to that level, but if you have more to spend, the R35 GT-R, both versions of the Audi R8, and many of the Lamborghinis have the potential to reach 600PP or more. The Veyron is even faster, almost unbeatable by road cars on a straight road, but is not the best choice for twisty tracks.

There's always the GTByCitroen Concept...

Im pretty sure the Vision Gran Turismo is the fastest road car in the game

The NSX can't be tuned, but it's still worth buying. It drives a bit like an MR car with Mitsubishi's AYC. Which is fitting, considering that the purpose of the front motors is basically that. Bottom line is that it's a very fun car, and very effective for it's PP level, even if it can't be tuned at all.

I ended up buying the GT300 version cause I could paint it... (I dunno if you can paint the Super Touring?)... but ragardless, I'm getting the Super Touring next... I ran the Brands Hatch 15 lap race on the Touring version and you could see that it doesn't quite have the power to compete with the GT500 cars... I still ended up winning the race but I don't think I can take it to Nurb, a track that I'm not very good at... I won Brands Hatch on # of pit stops, rather than on better time... yes, I closed the gap down but the lead cars start out so far ahead that it gets silly... and Nurb they seriously tend to start out the lead car like 40 seconds ahead, madness... so I'm gonna need something with more punch than the Impreza to really contend the 650pp limit on time rather than pitting less often... thinking about one of the Nissans... what GT-R/Skyline should I get? I was looking at any of the R32-34 models... which one would you recommend out of those three? (I wish I had more $$ and could just buy all three and see for myself...)

The super touring will be quicker on Nurburgring than the GT300 , still does not have the top speed of some of the GT500 and GT3 cars but it handles really well and is pretty quick. I know the ring really well so I can win in either of those pretty easy if I mod them out. They are both really best for tracks without long straights though.

btw you can not paint the Super Touring version, it does come in more than one color but what you pick is what you get

oh that's good to know, I'll def get the Super Touring... so do you have a suggestion for the GT-Rs? 32, 33 or 34 you think is best? do you know?

Can't say really, I think I have only driven one of those so far. For the most part I stick with RWD. I have bought a few of the GTRs but haven't put them to the test yet.

Mines R34 '06 GT-R... runs sub 7 minutes on the 'Ring stock... helps that it comes on sports soft tyres.

I did Lemans in the pikes peak SX4. night was scary without the driving line and even then thats pretty much all I could see.
That's painful... now I wanna try just to see what it's like... gotta save up another 500k to get it lol... how many times did you stop?

I found the best 4WD super car by a wide margin... *drumroll* it's the Audi Le Mans Quattro! Amazing car!
