Higher stage Turbo Hack?

So, I've been seing modded cars pop up again. A BMW 330i that can outdrag a C3 Corvette etc. So far, I've seen:

1,075BHP Supra RZ '97
600BHP BMW 330i
830BHP Nismo R32 S Tune
510BHP Ford RS200 Road Car

It's pretty obvious these aren't what you call 'legit' because they have a lot more power than is actually possible within the game's parameters. I'm just wondering, though - Was it only hex editing that PD patched in 2.12? Are these some form of stage 4/5 turbo hack like in the decrypted files sorg found last year? Thanks to anyone who can clear this up for me.

There actually Stage 4 and 5 Turbo you can get in Items.
 
That seems odd - is it cars that couldn't be modified in the first place, like the C7 Corvette and the Tank Car etc? Because I'm quite sure it can't be cars which couldn't have turbos before because the 330i can't be turbocharged in the normal game, right?
 
'There two things. For turbo cars that can use stage 5 turbo, like the Supra, can can just use a ticket. For other cars, you can hack the horsepower but I don't know how to do that (I don't care)

PD didn't fix hacking, they just did a better job of protecting the DLC cars.

And changing Engines, and drive trains and chassis and etc.
 
So whatever the case, at the end of the day, we're not really meant to be able to access these further turbo upgrades. Thanks to everyone who helped clear this up for me.

Well PD removed them, they were still on the disc, but the parts were unfinished. Alot of upgrades were removed because they didnt have time to finish them. Because sony rushed them.

Make sure there are no moderators around, because Jordan and the Staff don't want you to know about these awesome upgrades!

There is really no need for you to be such a smartass about it. No wonder why you're on your 2nd go around here on GTPlanet. I was merely stating that, according to the rules here, we are not allowed to give "how-to's" as it pertains to hybridding. Its ironic how you gave me a speech about being rude, ect when about 80% of your own posts are you being rude or a smartass to other members.

@Guardian: I simply thought you were making light of the fact that I wouldn't give out the instructions the poster was looking for. I came to that conclusion because of your post history in coming off like a smartass to other members. If that wasn't the case here, then my appologies.

On a side note, I would be interested in procuring a stage4 and/or 5 for my offline enjoyment I have a car in mind that would be a perfect canadate for it.

Yeah, but most of the rooms I go in are HP limited and would make it pointless to have. I have a MK4 Supra RZ that needs built. I could make it one helluva drag car. Maybe i could use it online.

Yeah one of the turbos are like a 80mm (judging by the lag and videos online with the same turbo in real life). Just wish it had the true turbo sound. The 80mm turbo's whistle is godly

I can't believe you still think that. They made it easier to get the DLC cars illegitimately now.

And to the OP - there is also stage 4 and 5 Engine upgrades. So on some cars the two could be used together no?
