Hillclimb competition anyone interested

Hey guys im thinking about putting together a hill climb competition group. First I would need to know if would be interested then I will start putting details into it. If anyone is interested mail me on my psn account it is the same as my username on this website.
 
What track would the "hill climb" be at? A custom track?
 
yes it would be at a coustom track and it would be on dirt or snow. that way it can be a tuning challenge not just throw a tune on a car and go like on asphalt.
 
Shoot me down if I'm wrong but aren't hillclimbs generally held on tarmac?
 
A sector of Eiger might be cool for a hill climb. Or even just the Eiger full course.

Most officially organised ones are held on tarmac yes (certainly in Europe anyway). But some more amateur ones are held on grass fields etc.

And in the early days (1920s-50s) many of the courses were dirt tracks. :)

This sounds good but I doubt it would come to. But what cars would you use as well? This seems to be a forgotten question :)

P.s would this not be better in the interest thread? :)
