Im still breaking in the premium NSX and S2000, I have tunes a Standard NSX type S and a S2000 type V. Any S2000 will be ok. As long as its a division of Honda. i.e. Spoon or Mugen. No Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo times please or AEM S2000.

I find this to be hilarious. This thread has been active for over 2 hours and noone has responded. I bet if it was another FF Honda thread or any one of the other over used and damn-sick-of cars we always see I would have had 100 replies by now. The drag racing community is mundane to say the least. Is it beacuse you cannot find a tune online for unused drag cars? I cant belive that no one tunes anything other than cars you can find a tune online for. For shame. 👎 You guys have fun racing the same Vipers, Vettes, GTs, GTRs and of course FF only Hondas. I will utilize the over 1000 cars in the game and drag race and tune them instead of the same 10 cars everyone wants to race.

The fastest of my S2k was 2004 model with best at 10.855
Of course the 2004 and previous are faster than new models.
They can rev much better cause are 2,0lt and not 2,2lt with higher powerband
Very fast was the Mugen s2000 but i didnt try it with the best tune i had
With unfinished tune gave me 10.890 and i think that is the fastest s2k of all
If we speak about other we have Amuse at 9.870 the new model and 10.095 for the older one!!!AEM s2k is fuc....fast at 10.630 but with weird powerband
NSX are at 10.580 for NSX-R but the fastest is NSX Le Mans Road at 10.2 or faster sorry i dont remember 100%
We have again Dualnote for 4WD at 10.490 but with unfinished tune as its the only 4WD Honda car!!!
And for FWD which one you prefer to say
I'm really close with everyone else and for real less than 0.020 from the best times except Civic EK '98 which my best was 11.830 but all these times are 3 months ago and thats something if you think!!!!
My personal favorite was Insight '99 and time was 13.995!!!

Im glad to see this is begining to spark some intrest. After a while I might find some good competition online with the S2000. I already have found some quick NSXs. I know the premium is the beast, Honda not Acura. My Type S above was amashed by a premium NSX broken in. 446HP on my standard, 460HP in a broken in premium. Soon I will have my TV back from the Wife and Ill post my Mugen S2000 and my Spoon S2000.

Element is to heavy and chassis dont help it to go fast but Odyssey can achieve under 11.7s!!!
It only needs really really close trans for that!!!
When it comes to fast cars i dont consider from the shape and only for that these cars as competition
An Evo 9 with full exhaust and weight reduction is faster thats why!!!

Try the NSX racing concept. 660HP < roughly > but the torque and HP are set so high it make it hard to launch but man does it boogie when she gets going.

Heres my time, done with no aids and manual transmission.

I still need to do engine break in on my s2000, its only got 21 miles on it right now with 421bhp. so I might be able to get abit more out of it, I wonder if anyone will get this car into the 10.9's? I think a 11.0XX is possible.

I've got my AEM S2000 to run the 1/4 mile quicker.

Its less powerfull than previous models and revs lower thats why!!!
Mine had 11.055 but when i did that i used a good susp but not the best

Ive got 100 miles or so on mine, Really wanna see if it can beat my Type V. If it can that would be awesome cuz my Type V as youve seen runs 10.8

I dont think s2k '06 is faster than previous models
The reasons are only 2 for me
Less power and lower rpms for redline!!!

It's ok kleo. The reason people tune everything is to see what is the best and what is better. Just because it has less power doesn't mean it will be entirely slower.

Just checked mygt, theoretical fastest should be the '99 EU or the '04 US S2000.

In my opinion 2004 model is the fastest for drags and for cirquot cause
i tested them both and saw what were their differences.When both of them
are over 100mph difference is big trust me for that!!!
Trap speed is 3-4mph more!!!

Trybal '99 model has 10kg less from '04 but spins more and 10ps less
The first gen of S2K didnt have traction control and its the same here
They spin more in here to!!!
I saw that difference in here and in real life as well.
The other thing is that they gave you the feel of being faster but they were not

Just saying, don't get so defensive over people wanting to tune other cars. There are 1000+, that's what makes tuning the nontraditional fun. Even if the car runs 12s+ 1/4 miles.

Feedback makes you better of course and helps you become faster
I tune these cars with the minimum spin in first gear so of course '06
has a longer 1st gear to overcome luck of lower revs with more torque!!!

*EDIT*---I just posted my Mugen and Spoon S2000 1/4 mile times. Currently Bob is running my premium S2000 around Indy for 2 22 lap races to finish breaking it in. Should have a time for the 1/4 mile posted my tonight.

Thats what mine has now, I have 186 miles on it. Guess thats all it needs. I see that its like the Mustang when it comes to drag racing, the standard model out performs the premium. Still gonna give my premium S2000 a tuning. Now on to the premium NSX.

BTW, if the game gives people on the metric system a different HP to match what they go by, why must us Americans have the weight in kg instead of lbs??

It's only the metric Europeans. Depends on what your games default measurement is though. And not sure about why the yanks get kg. my game defaulted mph so I have same hp as you lot even tho aus is a metric country.

I actually don't mind the metric (being an engineer and such) , calculations are much simpler. And it takes about 182.2 miles I think for a break in. I'm hoping to get this car into the 11.0s but we will see.

I suck tuning rwd but so far I got my Spoon S2k at 11.620, going by ur times I still got more to go. And the Mugen at 11.192 now that's slow, I'll keep working with them, next will b my premium and both NSX premium.
