I completed the update on Tuesday 6th November as was informed the honda weider hsv would go up to 10600 rpm. However I only got 9600 rpm and want to know why and how I get maximum rpm

Your on 2.09?

HSV rpm has been fixed, it's 10300.

I installed 2.09, but the Weider HONDA RPM has not changed, still at 9300 RPM.
