there are a number of cars in manufacturer's halls that have no price on 'em (for example the Honda Z ACT '70)... how do u win 'em??? i've been thru the PAL prize list and used car list.... cant see 'em mentioned

i really want this Honda, looks so cute

I've seen it show up quite some times now in the 80s car park. Didn't show up at all at first but I'm now on day 1100 something and it's there every now or then. Same deal with a bunch of other cars that have pricelist on the dealers.

There's a list of used cars and what days they show up on this site somewhere.
 
Yep if a car has no price in the main or classics showrooms that doesn't mean it has to be won, it could appear as a used car at some point, could need winning or you might be able to get it either way.
 
I found it. It is in the Historic Showroom on Day 430. Didn't buy it though, since I have no use for it as of now. Gonna catch it on the next time through though. 👍
