I'm in favor of getting rid of cars with less than 100 horsepower. Why on earth would I want something that has exactly one horsepower? lol
 
If we have horses in GT5, can we mod them? Give them steroids and shorten their legs to lower them. :P Or maybe give them some nos.

I don't think horses should be in GT at all. GT is about cars and not horses or even motorcycles.
