Guys I think I love the GTO once again.
 
I've been a big fan of Fred Hurst's cars since I first saw one...from the candy paint with gold leaf lettering and psychodelic touches to his wheel choices to the Hilborn injection stacks...just perfect 60s gasser style.

I was really undecided. It might have it's uncoolness but some aprts were so candy-biased. the color and white wall tires...

It's ugly that's it's cool...I don't even know.
 
There's some I don't like that much but still, one hell of a strong post.

Those wheels are the worst. What are the rear freaking 24"s?

As for the wheels, I'd say the rears are 20s, but the car is worked enough to swallow them up. Yeah it looks goofy as hell... even so, the wheels aren't that bad, they're Budnik Gassers:

Another challenger ruined with large and not fitting rims. Low profile tires too...I'd suggest you place that on questionable. The phtos are good though.

@Cano Budnik Gassers? The more I look at them being silver, I start to think, Hmmm, they would look lovely on a mercedes. Don't you think?
 
Look what I found...when I saw this I was like "Those fricking flames! Interesting wheel combo too! Time to bring this in the thread."

Seriously, I'm not sure if this is it but this might be one of the most badass Corvette C2's I've seen in a big while. JUST LOOK AT IT!

Sorry, I like my flames as flames, not as fire. I hate realistic fire on a car. It's even worse when made poorly, like in that Vette.

I like dat japanese Mustang, though. Work wheels work in just about anything, got dammit.

I remember reading the article in Hot Rod Magazine when the talked about some of the Fast Five cars. The Charger that had the close up shots was a 528 CI Hemi with a BDS supercharger, but most of them had SBCs.
