Flathead Lincoln V-12.
Curiously, a motor with four exhaust ports per side. Like Ford's flathead V8, the end chambers on each bank have dedicated exhaust ports while inboard chambers are siamese. But with a log manifold you can have any number of exhaust ports exit through any number of pipes.

The siamese ports are why flathead V engines tend to run hot. Exhaust gases flow through the block between cylinders. All valves (intake and exhaust) are inside the V. OHV conversions solved that problem.
