The wheels look mclaren-ish. A kiddy version or something with mclaren wheels?
 
I don't believe Mclaren made their own wheels. You're thinking of the OZs on F1LM cars, I think. These may be OZs, but that won't help you fund the name of the car.
 
My best guess: The Ultima Spyder... I know, I know, its probably wrong, but it's the best I got...
