So after having this game for around 3 months I'm at 46% complete with the game. I've logged over 1200 miles at the nuburgring/nordschleife. It is my favorite track and I spend a lot of time just running laps there. I'm using a driving force pro gt steering wheel with a diy simrig. Im including a few screenshots of my lap times at the ring. I run the cars stock setups with abs set at 1 and no other aids. Im not sure what I can do to improve the times other than messing with the setups.

If you're running stock cars at the ring you're already doing very well imo, as that's what I spend most of my time doing. Try the 24 hour layout, it's even more epic.

:D 👍

I would say that you should look at the replay and see what you could have done better, such as if you lost control in one corner or you shifted to early, try to really probe your driving so that you can go even faster. And after that faster lap, try to look for faults again. Once you go faster and faster, I feel that it's all about reviewing and re-doing.

You will know when you are doing bad and when you are doing well. It comes with experience. If you really want to see how you compare, just go online and try some seasonal events, or some online lobbys. If you want, you can try your hand at tuning, there is a wonderful subforum dedicated to tuning in GT6.

Heads up, you seem to be doing well for someone who has only had the game a few months; I wouldnt worry too much.
